Some big news from us: Polaris is growing! We have signed the lease on a second unit at 163 Bukit Merah Central, just down the corridor from our current studio.
The new room has one job: performance. It will be built as a dedicated performance space with a platform stage, a grand piano, full soundproofing and proper acoustic treatment. Recitals, rehearsals, performance classes and group classes will all live here.
Why a performance space
Learning an instrument is one thing. Walking onto a stage and playing for a room is another, and it is where confidence is really built. Soon our students will be able to rehearse and perform on a real stage, at a grand piano, just a few steps from the room where they take their lessons.
Same corridor, same Polaris
Nothing changes about our current studio. Lessons continue exactly as they are. The new unit is an extension of the same home, not a second outlet: walk a few doors down and you are there.
What is coming
- Little Stars, January 2027 intake. Our small-group class for ages 3.5 to 4.5 opens its January 2027 intake, and classes will meet in the new space. Classes are capped at 4 children, and pre-registration is open: pre-register here.
- Adult group classes and teen group classes. In the works. More on these soon!
- Holiday crash courses. Short, focused courses during the school holidays. Details to come.
- Room hire. When the room is not in use, it will be available for hire. Get in touch if you are interested.
Come see it for yourself
The new space opens in November 2026, and we are planning an open house so everyone can come take a look, try the stage, and say hello. The date will be announced soon, so stay tuned!
